NMC PROGRAM BOOK ADS AND PAGE SPONSORSHIPS
For NMC Tulsa - November 20-23, 2008
(NOTE: THIS YEAR ADS WILL BE IN FULL-COLOR)
This year we will give exhibitors, missionaries and any others an opportunity to sponsor a page in the program book and/or put a full-color ad in the program book. The page sponsor will have their mission name, their exhibit number and contact information such as mailing address, phone, fax, e-mail, website, etc in a blocked off portion of about four lines at the bottom of a page. Sponsoring a page will cost $100.00. There will be a limit of about 35 sponsors so do NOT WAIT to long to do this.
DEADLINE FOR ADS AND PAGE SPONSORSHIPS IS AUGUST 1, 2008. PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION.
We will also put full-color or black and white ads in the program book. They may be sent electronically to Cheryl Elliott at Mission Services. Her e-mail address is: celliott@missionservices.org. They may be sent by TIF, BMP, JPEG or PDF. Or hard copies may be mailed to: Cheryl Elliott, c/o Mission Services, PO Box 13111, Knoxville, TN 37920.
Ads may be:
- An entire page -- 7½ inches wide by 10 inches high. Cost for full page will be $1,000.00.
- Half page -- 5 inches high by 7½ inches wide. Cost for a half page will be $500.00.
- One fourth of a page -- 3¾ inches wide by 5 inches high. Cost will be $250.00.
- Or one eighth of a page -- 3¾ inches wide by 2½ inches high. Cost is $125.00.
Ads will be on every other page. There will be a limit of approximately 40 pages.
Both the page sponsorship and the ads will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
There will be approximately four thousand program books printed.
If you would like to sponsor a page, please give:
1. Your mission or organization or your personal name (whatever you want in the program book),
2. Your exhibit number at the 2008 convention (if you have an exhibit)
3. Your contact information such as: Mailing address, phone, fax, e-mail, website.

Payment may be made by a Visa or Mastercard credit card or by check. If information for the page sponsorship is faxed or e-mailed it should be accompanied by a credit card payment. If it is mailed in the information should be accompanied by check, credit card payment, money order or whatever other kind of payment there is.
