Carefully read all of the following before completing the official housing form or submitting your on-line request; otherwise, your reservation could be delayed.

All reservations are based on a first-come, first-serve basis; all reservations (room deposit) must be guaranteed with a credit card (which will be charged at the time the hotel receives the reservation form from the TCHB or at check in). PLEASE NOTE: YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. When your first-choice has reached full capacity, your second choice will be assigned, etc.
Only one room per form please. Those sharing a room should not send in a form or complete an on-line reservations. Please check with roommates prior to making your reservation.
Any reservations, changes, and cancellations should be sent to the Tulsa Convention Housing Bureau (TCHB), in writing by the cut-off date of November 6, 2008. Please print or type.
The Tulsa Convention Housing Bureau (TCHB) will send you an Acknowledgement once your reservation has been processed. Acknowledgements will be sent via e-mail, fax or postal service.
After receiving your Acknowledgment from the Tulsa Convention Housing Bureau (TCHB), you should receive a confirmation from your assigned hotel. Please allow your assigned hotel up to one week to process your reservation.
If the confirmation is not received within two weeks of receiving your Acknowledgement, contact the hotel directly, not the housing bureau.
Non-Smoking rooms are assigned upon availability. Most hotels now are now Non-Smoking.
On-Line: You are entering a secured site and ALL reservations made on-line must be made with a credit card.
Reservations must be made by November 6, 2008, to guarantee room and special rate.
Current tax of 13.517% is not included in quoted prices.
Room deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
No telephone reservations are accepted.
All reservations, changes and /or cancellations must be in writing to the the Tulsa Convention Housing Bureau (TCHB).
Again, your credit card will be charged as the time of your reservations (1 night’s deposit).

Reminder: FIRST NIGHT’S DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE.
