Film - Festival
We're proud to present the 1st ever Windows of the World Film Festival.  It's open to anyone from 6th grade through 12th grade.  You don't have to attend Windows in Tulsa, but it would be nice for you to be here.

  • Submissions should be sent on DVD on CD in a Quicktime .mov file format in high resolution only.
  • Submissions will not be returned.
  • If you are sending your submission from outside the USA, please mark your submission package "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE - FOR FILM FESTIVAL PURPOSES"
